Booking Process for STUDIQ
We hope that by following the below steps you find it easy to book your packages and sessions at STUDIQ. If, however, you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact Lizzie by emailing studiq@icloud.com.
How to Book
If you are new to STUDIQ, please follow the below steps to purchase and book the correct package and secure your preferred timeslots:

Choose the right Introduction to STUDIQ package

​a) if you are looking to practise 1:1 or as part of a small group class at STUDIQ, please select 'Introduction to STUDIQ Package' to purchase.
​
b) if you would like to practise Pilates alongside a partner, husband, wife, daughter, son or friend then you both need to purchase an 'Introduction to STUDIQ Duet Package'.
With your completed purchase(s), you will need to book your block of or single private, duet or class session, the system will take you to the scheduling page. From here, follow these steps:

a) Select the relevant studio session type

b) Choose what type of session you're booking
​
c) Choose date(s) and time(s) from the calendar
Please note: If a class is full it will not show on the availability.
​
d) Add confirmed dates to your personal calendar.
​
All new clients will need to complete a Client Information Form distributed by Lizzie prior to starting first session at STUDIQ.
Once you have undertaken and completed your Introduction to STUDIQ packages, you can then book your next package(s). Clients can purchase your next 1:1s, duets and class sessions singularly, or in blocks of five or 10.
a) Select your block of or single private, duet or class sessions

b) Complete purchase

c) View the STUDIQ calendar to select your preferred date(s) and time(s)
​
d) Book your next and future sessions as a block to ensure you attend your sessions on your preferred day and at your preferred time
​
e) Add your regular sessions to your calendar (you will receive email reminders 36 hours prior to each session)
Please note: STUDIQ operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
