Terms and Conditions for Booking of Privates, Duets and Classes at StudiQ
I (the client) understand and agree to the following:
-
“StudiQ” is not a legal body, and all services are actually supplied to me by the person named below as the “service provider” and only if an authorised and dated signature accompanies that name.
-
All classes must be pre-paid.
-
StudiQ operates a strict 24-hour cancellation notice period. For no-shows or late cancels (cancellations made within a 24-hour period prior to your booked session time), a full session will be charged or taken off any package.
-
StudiQ does not accept drop-in clients to any class.
-
StudiQ reserves the right to cancel classes with only one participant booked.
-
I (the client) have a duty to exercise reasonable care regarding the safety of others and myself in the training environment.
-
My participation (the client's) in the training is optional and subject to my state of health and ability. I am not in any way obliged to perform or accept any action or activity that I feel unable or unprepared to do.
Furthermore:
a) I must inform the instructor in charge immediately if I am unable or unwilling to take part in any aspect of the training or if I feel faint, dizzy, breathless or unwell.
b) I should not do anything that contradicts any medical advice I have been given.
c) An instructor gives suggestions and opinions not orders; I am responsible for everything that I do.
-
Training carries with it an inherent risk of injury. While the instructor(s) will endeavour to make sure that all appropriate insurance policies are in effect, it is my (the client's) personal responsibility to make sure I am actually and adequately covered.
-
I (the client) understand that the teacher or studio cannot be liable for any injuries sustained by me during any exercise session.
