“Following a very painful slipped disc that I stupidly neglected for some months, my wife suggested Pilates might be the answer. I joined Lizzie Quail’s Pilates Class and within a short time I started to feel the difference. Taking into consideration my injury, Lizzie started with a programme to suit and progressed from there. I have been going every week for over a year now and have since made a remarkable recovery. The Pilates has strengthened my core muscles which has without doubt made a huge difference, I don’t even think about my back injury anymore.”
Lizzie teaches the true classical method of Pilates. She is technical but at the same time explains the exercises clearly and is hands on. She's patient, which is great if you're a beginner, and has a brilliant sense of humour! I feel I am constantly learning and improving with Lizzie and I love going to her classes.
I have been going to Lizzie's pilates Tower classes for a few months to help my lower back problem and to raise my fitness level. Lizzie is professional and enthusiastic in her approach to teaching her classes. She is always aware of my personal abilities and limitations and tailors the exercises accordingly so that I get the most benefit from each class. My body posture, tone and back problem are improving with each session.
Lizzie makes the classes enjoyable and fun, I look forward to them every week.
I have been attending classes taught by Lizzie for over a year, there are four people in the class and that means we all get taught how to the do the exercises properlyLizzie is a good teacher and she manages to combine a good sense of humour to make the classes great funThe studio is well equipped and since starting the classes I feel that my body strength and flexibility has improved and also my posture which is my main problem is getting better.
Working with Lizzie has introduced me to my body in a different and positive way. She had me stretching my hamstrings and working my abdominals in a fun and engaging way, all the while making sure I'm in alignment….always just a little off kilter!
