How to Use Waitlisting

If your equipment class is fully booked up, you can click the waitlist button and it will add you to a waiting list.

When someone in that class cancels their place and a spot opens up, clients on the waiting list will receive and email and text message (if you have inputted your mobile number into your account).

It currently operates on a priority list; the first person who clicked ‘Add to waitlist’ will receive the first notification and have 30 minutes to respond, after which the system will notify the client next in line, and so on and so on.

The waitlisting option is also available for private and duet appointments. StudiQ’s booking system, Breely, watches for any new openings within the next 30 days. As soon as availability appears, the system triggers an email and text message notification to the you (the waitlisted client or clients) who can then book the newly opened time slot immediately.
