All Pilates equipment classes are max 4 people and 55mins long - using apparatus you will gain results quicker and be able to mix up the workout
Semi Private
These classes are full studio experience - mid way through the class the students will switch apparatus in order to give everyone a chance to work on all the apparatus.
Spring Loaded
Detailed teaching in a shared yet intimate learning experience, using springs on a wall unit to deepen a mat workout
Seated & Standing
Great for those who find lying down for any length of time difficult those with mobility issues as well as suffers of vertigo and other balance conditions - seated barrels or tower work as well as using the wunda chair in place of the reformer.
PLEASE NOTE:
It is also noteworthy that we are not restricted to School Term Times.
We have a strict 24hr cancellation policy and we ask for all session to paid before we start.

We are available for Privates and Duets by appointment throughout the day and in the evening
Please note we ask clients to use our Intro packs before joining classes, this gives us a chance to get to know your body needs and you as a client to get familiar with the studio and its apparatus - go ahead and book one of the two intro packs and we will see you in the studio.
